Dr. Panuganti Balraj is a visionary educationist and social reformer dedicated to shaping responsible and disciplined future generations through quality education. He is the Founder and Chairman of Smt. Sarojini Ramulamma College of Pharmacy, Mahabubnagar, an institution established with the aim of providing professional pharmaceutical education and creating skilled healthcare professionals.

With decades of experience in the field of education, Dr. Balraj strongly believes that true nation-building begins at the school level. Guided by this belief, he established Prashanthi Nikethan School in the year 2024, with a clear mission to instill discipline, moral values, character, and academic excellence in children from an early age.
